Unvented is a sealed domestic hot water storage system fed directly from the mains water supply, without a vent pipe. We are BPEC qualified to install these systems.

A Gas Landlord Safety Certificate (or Landlord Gas Safety Record, (CP12) is a legal document proving a landlord has annual safety checks on all gas appliances/flues in rented properties, performed by a Gas Safe Register registered engineer. We are Gas Safe registered and qualified to provide these.
